The tombstone consists of a stele of grey granite on which two vertical rectangular plaques of black granite are mounted parallel to each other. The narrower plaque on the left is decorated with an olive branch motif and the inscriptional plaque on the right bears a majuscule text. The graphic motif and the inscription are white. The grave consists of a kerb of polished traditional-looking grey granite which is covered with a slab of the same material as the kerb and the tombstone. In front of it, at ground level, is a small horizontal plate of black granite serving as a shelf for commemorative objects.

In a common grave are laid the bodies of seven victims of the death transport, who were found after being thrown from a train passing through the Sruby station on 24 January 1945. The transport was heading from the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp to Sachsenhausen. Most of the death transports from this camp carried racially persecuted people.
In the cemetery, the bodies of the victims were placed in a grave marked by a low stone tombstone. A five-pointed star was originally placed on the grave site and planted with flowers. The tombstone was engraved with prison numbers, which were tattooed on the forearms of the victims.
The grave was renovated in 2023. Information was added to the tombstone about one of the victims, who was identified by her prison number.
